Desired Skills & Experience

8 years overall IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to SCCM infrastructure in large-scale environments
Deep understanding of SCCM patching, packaging, deployment (including Intune), and Level 3 production support
Strong proficiency in automation/scripting (PowerShell, VBScript)
Experience with Intune Win32/LOB app packaging, Mac packaging, and modern device management
Solid grasp of Active Directory, Group Policy, Virtual Desktop, and general OS concepts
Familiarity with WSUS, SCCM Co-Management, Cloud Management Gateway (CMG), and server-side management (patches, OS changes)
Competence in creating and troubleshooting SQL queries
Proven ability in OS image deployment (Win10/Win11), SCCM/OSD deployment practices, and Autopilot configuration
Thorough knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills for desktop/laptop environments
