Manager, IT Operations

The Manager IT Operations will lead a team of IT Help Desk Support Specialists and System Administrators. You will supervise team activities, contribute to technical discussions, and perform operational tasks as needed. Your role is crucial in managing and supporting IT Operations, requiring exceptional leadership skills and a hands-on approach to IT management. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the IT team, focusing on hiring, employee development, and mentoring. - Engage in strategic IT planning and execution, contributing to global IT initiatives. - Oversee IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Security to ensure reliability, scalability, and security. - Drive technical innovations to modernize the work environment and achieve organizational targets. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, policies, and procedures. - Manage IT equipment lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning. - Provide hands-on IT Support and guidance for resolving complex issues. - Stay updated with the latest trends in hardware, software, and technology. - Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals. Requirements: - Highly experienced in customer service with strong communication and planning abilities. - Teamwork skills, flexibility, and patience. - Openness to services and innovation in dynamic environments. - High security awareness and user-friendliness. - Multi-year experience in providing IT Support services. - Progressive knowledge of IT Systems. - Advanced knowledge of Windows (and ideally MacOS administration). - Experience in Office365/Azure environment and cloud architecture. - Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, LAN, WAN setups, and network security practices. - Proven five or more years of relevant IT management and team leadership experience. - Excellent multitasking and organizational skills. - Business fluent in English.
