Manager – IT Infrastructure & Support

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Computer Hardware and proven managerial skills to lead our IT Support Team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with customers, and driving innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of IT support engineers.
• Plan and schedule daily tasks and site visits for engineers.
• Interact with customers to understand their IT issues and provide suitable solutions.
• Respond to customer emails and queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Design and plan IT infrastructure solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Contribute to the development of new technology offerings and service improvements.
• Utilize knowledge of Office 365 and Cloud technologies for solution planning and customer support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in computer hardware, networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of Office 365, cloud platforms, and modern IT solutions.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate in IT/Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in IT hardware and support.

Prior managerial/team leader experience is an added advantage
