Job Description

Manage the BOD and EOD support team, ensuring efficient and timely support for all servers IFSC
Handle all exchange approvals, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements IFSC Collect and manage data required for Algo compliance, maintaining accurate and up-to- records IFSC Develop and maintain strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively IFSC Optimize and manage the infrastructure for all Algo setups, ensuring smooth operation and performance IFSC Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement infrastructural improvements for enhanced efficiency IFSC Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Algo trading technologies Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues in IFSC Back office/ Trading Backup Management IFSC Requirements Graduate / PG with relevant IT certification will be preference 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery and IT Operations support role with team management Good Understanding of Different OS(Linux,Windows server) Knowledge of Networking and Compliance management for NSE IFSC Experience in Trading Softwares (Odin, Greek, Utrade, Omnesys, XTS, IFSC market) Experience in COLOCATION Management Knowledge of Exchange audits and provide supportive response to compliance team for NSE IFSC markets Experience in customer support Comfortable in Flexible working Hours Team Leading skills Flexible in travelling
