Job Summary:

The Export Manager is responsible for overseeing the international sales of a company. This role involves managing export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, developing overseas markets, and coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all export activities and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
• Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
• Negotiate with international clients, agents, and logistics providers.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues related to delivery, documentation, or customs.
• Prepare export reports and analyse performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Candidate should have experience in working for ASEAN countries.

• Must be from pharmaceutical industry in International Business.

• Proven experience in export/import / international sales.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
