We Are Looking For: - A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT Internal/External Audit engagements, focusing on Control testing of IT Application Controls (ITAC) and Business process controls. - Proficiency in Business Process Reviews, Functional testing, and Control gap analysis. - Experience in testing Oracle Fusion controls and conducting post-implementation configuration reviews across different functional modules. - Preferably, possess an undergraduate degree (BE/BTech/MTech) or CA/ACCA, along with one or more IT audit certifications (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CIA) and a keen interest in Financial Services. - Strong grasp of risk management and the role of controls in mitigating risks while maintaining commercial viability. - Demonstrated analytical skills and a collaborative approach to working with data specialists to shape audit tests and extract valuable insights from data. - Excellent time management skills, precision in deliverables, and the ability to present information concisely. - Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges within audits, and a willingness to assist others. - Appreciation for workplace diversity and a commitment to fostering an inclusive culture where individuals from all backgrounds receive equitable treatment, realize their full potential, and bring their authentic selves to work.
