Manager, Interline and Codeshare

Role Overview: As a Manager - Interline/Codeshare at Air India, your primary responsibility will be to drive the development, execution, and management of Air India's interline and codeshare partnerships in alignment with Air India's alliance strategy and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Take active ownership in maintaining and developing relationships with airline partners. - Negotiate and manage interline and codeshare agreements under the guidance of the Head - Interline/Codeshare to ensure alignment with Air India's alliance strategy and compliance with international regulations. - Review agreements periodically to ensure alignment with current market practices and Air India's alliance strategy. - Coordinate between Pricing and Revenue Management teams to implement effective pricing strategies. - Collaborate with Digital & IT, Network, Sales, and Revenue Management teams to implement codeshare agreements. - Monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics related to partnerships for strategic decision-making. - Evaluate the viability of existing partnerships and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, Aviation Management, International Relations, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or relevant experience in the aviation industry. - Strong analytical and research abilities, communication skills, negotiation skills, and regulatory knowledge. - Detail-oriented, adaptable, willing to learn, and have a basic understanding of the aviation industry.
