Job Description

5+ years of exp developing and managing the ITSM processes with Agile scrum master skills + program management for a large set of applications in service management area
Should have good communication and experience working on ServiceNow tool ITSM
Interaction with multiple stakeholders to Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high quality results
Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the teams progress
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Should have experience/knowledge to implement AI led delivery to enable faster delivery with quality
Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles
