Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manager Project Insurance will be responsible for managing all insurance-related matters for projects, including identifying risks, obtaining appropriate coverage, and coordinating with internal teams and external brokers/insurers to ensure projects are adequately protected. Insurance Program Management: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive insurance programs for projects, including all-risk, operational risks. Liaise with insurance brokers/Insurers/Re-insurers to secure adequate coverage for all project operations related risks. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks related to projects. Develop and implement risk management strategies. Policy Management: Review and analyze insurance policies and contracts. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and requirements. Claims Management: Assist in the management of insurance claims. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including insurance brokers, insurers, and project teams. Communicate project insurance status and issues effectively. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insurance policies, contracts, and claims. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of insurance programs and risk management strategies. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in insurance processes and procedures. Preferred candidate profile Experience in managing insurance programs for road projects and asset management industry. Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and procedures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
