Your strategic leadership, team management, content creation, and collaboration skills will be key to ensuring high-quality content that enhances product adoption and user experience in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-driven technology. **Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Leadership:** - Develop and execute a strategic plan for technical documentation aligned with organizational goals. - Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and processes for consistency and quality. - **Team Management & Mentorship:** - Lead and mentor a team of technical writers, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. - Provide guidance to technical writers, review high-impact content, and enable team members to assume leadership in documentation initiatives. - **Content Creation & Collaboration:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and translate technical information into user-friendly documentation. - Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously to meet deadlines without compromising quality. - Incorporate AI tooling with controls to enhance output and capacity. - **Performance & Improvement:** - Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate documentation impact and track team performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and tools for best practices in technical writing. - **Global Collaboration:** - Experience working globally across time zones to drive successful deliverables on time. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in leading and managing a technical writing team. - Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the team. - Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy. - Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in developing documentation standards and strategies at scale. - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with SaaS products, APIs, and cloud-based technologies preferred. - Experience in incorporating AI tooling to enhance output.
