As an experienced and results-driven Manager - Influencer Projects with over 5 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing initiatives. Your role involves collaborating with high-impact influencers, content creators, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and drive the overall influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand goals and broader marketing plans. Explore new collaboration opportunities for measurable business impact. - Proactively research, assess, and onboard top-tier influencers who resonate with brand values and target demographics on various platforms. - Lead negotiations on complex contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the brand. Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with influencers and talent agencies. - Manage end-to-end execution of large-scale influencer campaigns, including briefing, creative collaboration, approvals, and delivery of brand-aligned content. - Collaborate with internal teams (social media, PR, paid media, creative) to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives. - Establish KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights to enhance future initiatives. - Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, content formats, and competitor activities. Innovate continuously to maintain fresh and competitive influencer programs. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or partnerships, with a proven track record of impactful campaigns. - Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc. Experience managing both micro- and macro-level influencer partnerships. - Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate insights into strategy adjustments. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders. - Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, contracts, and complex projects with multiple partners simultaneously. - Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and creating content that resonates with diverse audiences. - Up-to-date knowledge of the latest influencer marketing trends, technologies, tools, and best practices.,
