Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our video production team, specifically on shoots involving beauty and personal care products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in beauty-related shootswhether assisting with set prep, working with product stylists or coordinating with makeup and hair teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the production team during pre-production, on-set and post-production.
• Coordinate shoot logistics including equipment, props, call sheets and talent needs.
• Assist with product handling, styling support and continuity on beauty-focused shoots.
• Liaise with makeup artists, stylists and art direction teams to ensure beauty standards are upheld on set.
• Manage product inventory and ensure items are shoot-ready (clean, labelled, organized).
• Handle administrative tasks including documentation, petty cash and transportation coordination.
• Take on ad hoc tasks such as, setting up equipment or managing background talent.

Requirements:

• 02 years of experience in film, video or commercial production
• Prior experience on beauty or personal care shoots (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, haircare campaigns) is required
• Strong understanding of set etiquette and shoot-day dynamics
• Ability to handle delicate products with care and maintain high aesthetic standards
• Organized, adaptable and calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working long hours on set when required

Preferred:

• Familiarity with beauty industry professionals
• Experience with commercial or branded content shoots
• Knowledge of basic production equipment and post-production workflows
