Manager I, Software Engineering

• Lead and manage the automation team, setting goals, defining priorities, and ensuring successful delivery of automation initiatives.
• Architect and oversee the development of scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using Python, C#, and Ranorex.
• Collaborate with product, development, QA, and DevOps teams to align automation strategies with overall business goals and technical roadmaps.
• Drive the adoption of BDD frameworks like SpecFlow or Behave and ensure alignment with agile testing methodologies.
• Evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to ensure effective and efficient automation practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers at all levels, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are upheld in all testing practices, especially within the healthcare domain.
• Monitor and report on key automation metrics and continuously improve coverage, stability, and performance of automated tests.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in automation testing with a strong focus on framework design and development.
• Proven expertise in Python and C# for test automation.
• Extensive experience with Ranorex, API testing, and BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Behave, etc.).
• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps collaboration, and Git-based version control.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing automation teams and driving technical strategy.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry with knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
