Role Overview: As a Manager I, FP&A at Electronic Arts in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business teams to deliver strategies and provide players with amazing experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Providing financial analysis for Revenue & COGS - Reviewing PPF forecasts and budgets, suggesting changes, and implementing them for smooth forecasting - Partnering with business partners on PPF, discussing future spend, and forecasting accordingly - Identifying and leading projects to continuously improve, standardize, and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes - Collaborating with finance partners, identifying challenges, and suggesting changes - Managing financial close deliverables, timelines, process, and reporting - Handling month-end reporting, estimate reporting, and analysis across Publishing - Preparing forecast decks with commentary for leadership meetings - Conducting ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership in the Publishing group - Designing and implementing reporting tools for transparency and visibility - Managing and developing 4 direct reports - Providing timely feedback to team members on performance - Identifying challenges in the Publishing team, streamlining, and automating processes for accuracy and efficiency - Ensuring consistent reporting across the Publishing group Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting related field; Master of Business Administration in Finance preferred but not mandatory - 10+ years of related Financial and FP&A experience - 5+ years of experience in People Management - Demonstrated passion for learning and growing - Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing tasks - Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint - Experience with Anaplan and/or Power Bi is a plus,
