Job Description

In this role, as a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for various key functions to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Human Resources Monthly Report** - Ensure timely submission of monthly reports from Corporate Office and hotels by the 1st of every month. - Consolidate and present the report to management by the 10th of every month. - **Compensation And Benefits** - Research and provide information on compensation and benefits packaging as requested by management. - Support minimum wage adjustments with relevant data for management decisions. - Ensure staff benefit packages align with company policies. - **Human Resources Policies & Procedures** - Propose HR policies and procedures for management approval. - Implement new policies after approval and educate hotel HR teams as needed. - Monitor policy adherence across hotels and Corporate Office. - Address policy concerns with the general manager, Talent Management. - **Training and Skill Development** - Coordinate training courses certified by the Department of Skills Development for Corporate Office. - Obtain certification letters for Dusit Hotels & Resorts and Dusit Thani PLC to support contribution fund calculations. - Oversee internship training programs. - **Staff Activities** - Organize staff activities to boost morale and enhance the working environment. - **Office Management** - Ensure smooth office operations, including meeting room management and receptionist/operator communication. - Assist in purchasing cleaning supplies. - **Administrative Responsibilities** - Manage work permits and visa requisitions for expat staff within set timelines. - Coordinate annual physical checkups for Corporate Staff and sales representatives of hotel properties located outside Bangkok. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant discipline. - At least 5 years of comprehensive HR experience with a minimum of 2 years at a managerial level, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Strong knowledge of HR functions, principles, and practices. - Proficient in written and spoken English. - Computer literate. - Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will work closely with the Personal System Administrator, Human Resources Officer, and Operator/Receptionist to ensure the effective functioning of the HR department.,
