Role Overview: You will be responsible for various Human Resources functions within the company. This includes managing monthly reports, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures, training and skill development, staff activities, office management, and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely submission and presentation of monthly reports from Corporate Office and hotels - Research and provide information on compensation and benefits as requested by management - Propose and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all locations - Coordinate training courses and internship programs for staff development - Organize staff activities to boost morale and create a positive work environment - Manage office operations and provide support for administrative tasks such as work permits and visa requisitions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills - Proficiency in computer skills - Professional demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
