Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Human Resource in SWAT COE
The SWAT HR Lead should display intellectual curiosity and a passion to lead a data-driven approach to drive better decision making, process improvement and business outcomes. In the SWAT COE, you will be responsible for managing critical projects basis business / corporate priorities in close partnership with the Operations and Functional teams to ensure that all we all aspects of the projects are moving at the right pace as per agreed plans.Responsibilities-Independently lead projects / initiatives and ensure strong governance. -Engage with business/functional leaders to troubleshoot, perform a root cause analysis and act as consultant to bridge the gap between problem statement and agreed-upon solutions-Partner with other COEs on critical priorities-Drive change management and help strategize on enhancing adoption of new tools / platforms as per organisational priorities-Typical SWAT Projects may include but not limited tooGenpact Integration support for New Deals, Large Rebadges, Bulk Leadership HiringoHyper Attrition Analysis and Mitigation oChange ManagementoRobust testing and debugging of new tools / platformsoOrganization wide initiatives-Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications-Prior experience in HR Business Partner role-Excellent analytical skills - ability to analyse data, detect anomalies, interpret underlying issues and suggest relevant action plans.-Strong communication and presentation skills (must be able to simplify complex topics, clearly articulate research, and persuasively engage senior leaders)-High tolerance to ambiguity and ability to engage in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment-Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations-Strong change management skills-Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams and confidently interact with Senior Leadership

-Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work independently-Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently-Ability to work at all levels of the HR stack - Strategic, operational, and tactical-Good hands-on knowledge of Genpact structure, processes, policies, and tools-Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint high efficiency)
