Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HRIS & Talent Systems Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for talent management systems (e.g., Workday HCM, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Oracle HCM).
  • Manage system configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.
  • Oversee integrations between HRIS, payroll, recruiting, learning, and performance management systems.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with vendors and IT teams.

Talent Process Enablement

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and functional leads to translate talent strategy into system configurations and workflows.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning, succession planning, and career development processes within HRIS.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership.

Project & Change Management

  • Lead HRIS projects and system implementations/enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct impact analysis, gather requirements, write functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and communication.
  • Continuously assess HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR operations.

Data Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits, reconciliations, and validation of HR data.
  • Maintain governance standards for system configuration, workflows, and reporting.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

  • Collaborate with HR leaders, IT, and external vendors to align system capabilities with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams on system functionality, best practices, and process improvements.
  • Mentor and develop junior HRIS analysts or specialists as part of team leadership responsibilities.
