Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire
recruitment lifecycle
for all F&A roles, from entry-level to senior management.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on market trends.
Build and nurture a strong
talent pipeline
for critical F&A roles.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet their hiring targets.
Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, with a specific focus on
F&A hiring
.
In-depth knowledge of the finance and accounting industry and its hiring landscape.
Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Skills
