Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic US IT Recruiter Fresher to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top IT talent for our clients in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in recruitment.

Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for IT roles in the US market.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for the position.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
