Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
9+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 57 years in HR operations and resourcing functions.
Experience in managing HR operations for
manufacturing or engineering companies
preferred.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR systems, and compliance frameworks.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Strong operational excellence mindset with process-driven approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High proficiency in HRMS tools (SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and MS Excel.
Analytical thinking with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.
