Role Overview: You will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Your key focus will be to maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing HR policies - Handling Union Wage Settlements - Managing Crisis and Disputes effectively - Overseeing Plant Security - Ensuring Compliance Management and Audit - Conducting plant level recruitment - Facilitating Training & Development programs - Managing Contract Labour - Interacting and Leading with Local Authorities Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from any discipline and Post graduate (Full time) in HR - 12-15 years" experience in Human Resources, specifically in Plant HR & IR - Strong recruiting skills and proven ability to handle plant HR activities and Union matters, including contract labour - Expertise in training managers and employees - Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills - Attention to detail and good judgement Additional Details: You should have experience in the AUTOMOTIVE domain and possess excellent connections with Local authorities in TALEGAON, CHAKAN, PUNE area.,
