Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits specialist for our client, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs. Your role will involve having a good understanding of C&B concepts and techniques, conducting market benchmarking exercises, and managing data analysis and reporting. Additionally, you will be involved in goal setting, job evaluation, and ensuring statutory compliance in alignment with labour laws. - Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs - Conduct market benchmarking exercises - Manage data analysis and reporting - Facilitate goal setting, goal audit, mid-year review, annual review planning & execution - Knowledge on sales & collection incentive schemes - Conduct job evaluation, job analysis, and grading - Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements - MBA in HR - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits - Good understanding of C&B concepts and techniques - Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance - Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Office proficiency - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to understand business priorities and collaborate effectively - Skilled in analytical tools As a Compensation and Benefits specialist for our client, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs.
