Manager - HR Compensation & Benefits

As a Compensation and Benefits specialist for the client, your role will involve designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs. You will need to have a good understanding of C&B concepts and techniques, conduct market benchmarking exercises, and manage data analysis and reporting.
