Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership and accountability as an Individual Contributor (IC), demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. - Drive and manage performance cycles effectively through Performance Management. - Utilize Excel for HR analytics and reporting, showcasing proficiency in reporting and Dashboard creation. - Design and implement employee engagement strategies with a strong track record. - Plan and execute employee reward programs to enhance employee motivation and satisfaction. Qualification Required: - MBA/PGDM specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - High proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and similar tools.,
