Manager-Governance & Operational Risk

Job Description: You will be responsible for managing operational risk and compliance for retail assets. You will collaborate closely with the product, business, Credit, Collections, Policy, and operations teams to ensure effective implementation of Operational risk framework and adherence to regulatory requirements. Your role will involve building processes and developing SOPs to enhance operational risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Assist all stakeholders in understanding RBI indents/requirements. - Support stakeholders in quarterly performance of Risk control self-assessment and data submission for KRI (Key Risk Indicators). - Enhance the understanding of operational risk and compliance within the organization. - Manage operational risk events, ensuring the timely completion of preventive and corrective actions. - Review SOPs/Policies from an operational risk and compliance perspective. - Prepare Business Operational risk decks. - Track and close operational risk issues and events. - Collaborate with stakeholders to meet RBI requirements and regulatory compliances. - Recommend process changes to mitigate operational risk effectively. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) - Post-graduation in MBA/PGDM - 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in operational risk and compliance management.,
