As a Design-Led Innovation Manager at EY, you will be part of a global design community that focuses on transforming businesses and crafting exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve working with a close-knit team of multidisciplinary designers to solve complex business challenges using innovation & design methods, strategic foresight, and user-centered research methods. Here is what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead research and innovation projects across various regions, managing project lifecycles and ensuring high-quality standards in visual and communication outputs. - Collaborate closely with researchers to develop research designs and tools, generate insights, and deliver actionable recommendations. - Manage budgets, resourcing, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery, overseeing quality control for all deliverables. - Lead and mentor a small team of innovation researchers, providing guidance, support, and problem-solving throughout projects. - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and lead client conversations on innovation strategy. - Manage billing schedules, track revenue, contribute to internal practice-building materials, and stay current with industry trends in innovation and design. **Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience in research, design, or innovation roles, preferably in a consulting or agency setting. - Proficiency in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods, with knowledge of design thinking, strategic foresight, and scenario building. - Strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Track record of supporting and mentoring junior team members with a portfolio showcasing high-quality design and research outcomes.
