Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising Deal Origination & Execution:

    Actively originate and execute fundraising deals for the Group's real estate projects. Develop and structure innovative financing solutions, leveraging expertise in financial modeling, pitch books, and information memorandums.
  • Investor Relations & Due Diligence:

    Resolve investor queries and provide comprehensive financial data and analysis to ensure smooth deal execution. Actively manage and support investor relations efforts, maintaining up-to-date communication with existing and potential investors, providing project updates, financial progress, and addressing concerns.
  • Financial Structuring & Alignment:

    Ensure the precise alignment of financial structures, timelines, and capital requirements of projects. Focus on project-level financing, including the design of robust debt-equity structures, partnerships, and other strategic funding solutions.
  • Strategic Fundraising & Financial Planning:

    Formulate and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies and financial plans that align with the Group's overall business objectives and project-specific goals. Ensure financial strategies meet the capital needs for each development project and adhere to strategic growth targets.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

    Oversee and manage research efforts to monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and economic factors affecting real estate development. Utilize data-driven insights to inform and adjust fundraising strategies, ensuring the Group remains competitive in securing funding for its projects.
  • Financial Analysis & Valuation:

    Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuations of real estate assets using methods such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis (CCA), and Net Asset Value (NAV). Assess the feasibility and financial attractiveness of various financing structures and transaction opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:

    Maintain and nurture strong relationships with financial institutions, investment bankers, private investors, and other key stakeholders. Lead discussions and negotiations to raise funds for development projects, ensuring investor meetings are well-supported with accurate financial data, analysis, and tailored materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to resolve queries and ensure alignment between financial projections, business objectives, and investor expectations. Ensure effective communication across departments to streamline the fundraising process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, CCA, NAV), and creating compelling pitch books and information memorandums.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and execute complex fundraising deals for real estate projects.
  • Strong understanding of debt-equity structures, partnerships, and other strategic funding solutions in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a proven ability to engage and influence financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and provide data-driven insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
