Job Description

As a Manager, FP&A (Services-Loyalty Solutions) at our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Regional and divisional Loyalty business teams as part of the Regional Finance Service Leads organization. Your responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting short/long-term plans, preparing and analyzing internal and external financial reports, managing risks and opportunities, as well as monitoring revenue and expenses while considering movements on underlying business drivers. You will be in charge of managing various aspects of financial and budgeting related needs and requirements, including the annual target and budget process. Additionally, you will be responsible for running point for periodic revenue and expense re-forecasting processes, conducting monthly close reviews, preparing detailed revenue and expense accounts vs forecast, and providing explanations for variances vs forecast/budget each month. Furthermore, you will review, prepare, and consolidate designated reports and analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, communicating findings and operating notes to group/business unit leadership. In terms of business partnering, you will review deal economics for all proposed regional loyalty business cases, support business strategy and process improvement initiatives by providing insights and analytics to product and sales teams, and develop an in-depth understanding of revenue drivers, product, and market nuances to effectively manage P&L. You will escalate analysis and key findings to group heads and executives to ensure alignment within the organization and maintain business models to analyze performance and business opportunities. Your experience in building internal and external business partnerships, developing and leveraging key relationships, modeling and performing predictive analytics, operating in a diverse, multi-functional finance group, supporting designated business areas on risk and opportunity considerations, and utilizing financial systems and applications will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, your ability to identify and implement process improvement activities, resolve complex issues efficiently, and embody change management will contribute to fulfilling corporate goals and objectives. Finally, as part of our Corporate Security Responsibility, it is expected that you abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information being accessed, report any suspected information security violation or breach, and complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
