Manager-Financial Reporting & Compliance

As a Financial Analyst in the company, your role will involve preparing consolidated financials for the Group companies and ensuring timely reporting to management and audit compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparation of consolidated financial statements - Conducting variance analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Performing intercompany reconciliations and settlements - Compiling annual notes to accounts - Creating P&L and balance sheet schedules - Managing related party transaction data - Assessing contracts for accounting implications - Evaluating the impact of new accounting standards - Coordinating with audit teams and resolving queries - Providing accurate responses to ad hoc requests - Participating in testing of financial systems like BPC, Hyperion, SAP Qualifications required for this role include being a Chartered Accountant, with a CPA (USA) certification being an added advantage. A Diploma in IFRS and knowledge of INDAS & USGAAP are also preferred. You should possess skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP (FI module). Experience with BPC or Hyperion is an added advantage. Proficiency in Excel, along with knowledge of INDAS and USGAAP, is essential. Strong analytical skills are required, along with the ability to work well in a team, self-motivate, and take on challenges effectively.,
