Manager - Financial Reporting and Consolidation

You will be responsible for Accounting, Financial Consolidation, and reporting for Safran India and affiliated companies. Reporting directly to the Finance Controller, your duties will include preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards. It is essential to ensure timely consolidation as per headquarters" timelines and reconcile related party balances for the consolidation process. Furthermore, you will oversee quarterly and annual statutory audit activities, apply new accounting pronouncements accurately, and generate various management reports. You will collaborate with the Finance Controller and CFO to provide insightful analysis of financial metrics, including P&L, B/S, and Cash flow. Additionally, you will implement digital financial MIS solutions and drive process improvements in a corporate finance setting. To excel in this role, you should possess a CA/MBA/Master's degree and have at least 6-8 years of experience in a multinational group or a top-rated audit firm. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.,
