Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manager Financial Banking

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
Handle loan disbursements, documentation, and compliance with banking norms.
Coordinate with internal finance & accounts teams for fund requirements, utilization, and reporting.
Ensure smooth execution of banking transactions, including escrow accounts, payments, and collections.
Assist in negotiations with lenders for favorable terms & rates.
Monitor debt servicing, repayments, and adherence to covenants.
Prepare MIS/reports related to loan status, outstanding, and banking operations.
Support the CFO/VP Finance in financial planning and cash flow management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
CA/MBA (Finance) / M.Com with strong financial & banking knowledge.
Experience:
4-6 years, preferably in Real Estate Finance & Banking operations.
Proven experience in handling loan syndication, disbursements, and compliance.
Excellent coordination skills with banks & financial institutions.
Strong understanding of escrow accounts, project financing, and RERA-related compliances.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
