Manager Finance

You will be working as an Assistant Finance Manager, supporting the finance department in managing financial operations and reporting. Your role will involve assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts. You will also be responsible for supporting the budgeting process, including monitoring and analyzing budget variances. - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide support. - Set up processes and controls, help maintain and improve financial systems and processes. - Prepare reports for management and external stakeholders as needed. - Assist in audits and regulatory compliance efforts. To excel in this role, you are expected to: - Be well-versed in MS Excel and ERPs. - Have good presentation and communication skills. - Possess strong accounting knowledge. - Have an eye for detecting irregularities. - Previous experience in the textile industry would be preferred. You will report to the Senior Finance Manager and be based in Perundurai. This position requires a Qualified CA with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.,
