Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the Finance & Operations team effectively
· Oversee accounting, budgeting, MIS, and financial reporting
· Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
· Manage operational processes to improve efficiency and cost control
· Coordinate directly with Directors on strategic and operational matters
· Support business planning and decision-making with financial insights
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and operations management
· Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional coordination
· Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
· Ability to work independently and handle responsibility at a senior level
Preferred Qualification:
· MBA (Finance) or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad
Salary: CTC upto 8.40 Lakh Annually
