Import Exports Documents Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining compliance and documentation related to export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping, and product routing. Additionally, you will need to track the client order process to ensure timely supply. Communication with CHA's for customs clearance and documentation will be a key part of your responsibilities. Coordinating with the factory/production for container loading and preparing a complete set of import/export documents will also be part of your role. Lastly, you will need to maintain MIS consisting of a list of clients. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain compliance and documentation for export processes - Track client order process for timely supply - Communicate with CHA's for customs clearance and documentation - Coordinate with factory/production for container loading - Prepare and maintain MIS of clients - Prepare a complete set of import/export documents Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate, B. Com - Good knowledge of export LC bank documents - Experience in expediting export arrangements and knowledge of export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions - Ability to coordinate export shipments from origin to final destination - Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel - Both male and female candidates can apply,
