Job description · Maintain Compliance and documentation such as export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping and routing of product. · Keep track of the client order process to ensure timely supply. · Email and Tel communication with CHA"s for customs clearance and Documentation. · Knowledge of pre. and post shipment documentation. · Prepare & maintain MIS consisting of a list of clients. · Prepare a complete set of documents pertaining to import/export. · Co- ordination with Factory/ production for container loading. Required Candidate profile · (Any Graduate, B. Com) · Good knowledge of export LC bank documents. · Expedites export arrangements and maintains current information on export tariffs, licenses and restrictions. · To Coordinate export shipments from origin until final destination. · Communication with shipping lines for best freight rates, vessel details and getting DO. · Planning shipments as per buyers requirement. · Knowledge of pre. and post shipment documentation. · Good communication skills and Excel Knowledge is a must. · Male/Female both can apply.
