Manager - Finance & Commerical

1.Collections from Retailers & Developers:

• Track outstanding payments from retailers, developers, and other partners.
• Follow up regularly via email, phone calls, and visits (if required) to ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare collection reports and aging analysis.
• Coordinate with sales and legal teams for escalations and recovery actions.

2. Vendor Management & Payments:

• Maintain vendor master data and ensure all documentation is complete and updated.
• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals and budget validations.
• Schedule and process vendor payments as per agreed terms.
• Maintain records of payments made and pending.

3. Reports & MIS:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for collections, payables, and cash flow.
• Generate customized reports for management review.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze trends in collections, expenses, and vendor performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
