Manager Finance & Accounts

As the Manager Finance & Accounts at Godrej Foods Limited, your role will involve overseeing financial, cost, and compliance controls at the plant. You will collaborate with the plant team to achieve key performance indicators and ensure the financial health of the organization. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Overall responsibility for delivering Financial, Cost, and Compliance controls at the plant - Working with the plant team to achieve all KPI's - Preparation and monitoring of Plant Budget - Product Costing validation and update in SAP - Responsible for month-end closing activity and reporting - Custody and control of Fixed Assets - Review open PO and GRIRs and ensure timely closure - Controlling plant overheads and tracking plant performances - Drive attention to key performance indicators for cost reduction and waste elimination - Inventory control through monthly reporting - Ensure correctness of Plant Financials - Costing/FI - Implement and follow Proper Internal Control system at the Plant - Preparation of Product Cost MIS - Analysis of variance in product cost by cost element - Co-ordination for Statutory Audit & Internal Audit - Preparation of balance sheet & P&L schedules - Preparation of Monthly MIS Qualifications required: - Qualified CA / CMA - Minimum 7 to 9 years of relevant experience (preferably from Food Processing or FMCG Industry) - SAP CO module exposure Godrej Foods Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Godrej Agrovet Limited, is committed to providing safe and affordable protein products to consumers.
