Manager Finance & Accounts

Principal Responsibilities:

• Overall Accounts:

  Monitoring of plant accounts including GL scrutiny. Adherence to accounting standards. Monitoring of receivables & ageing analysis, leading annual & perpetual inventory of all locations, fixed asset tagging and verification,

• Statutory compliance:

  Ensure timely payment of statutory dues. Timely filing of returns such as GST, Income Tax. Monthly MIS on statutory compliances.

• Cash Flow:

  Preparation & timely submission of division cash flow statements to Corporate HO.

• Costing:

  Inventory valuation, product costing, raw material consumption analysis & reporting.

• Audits:

  Assistance in statutory audit. Co-ordinate with internal & external auditors. Adhere to the timelines given by management.

• MIS:

  Preparation and co-ordination of monthly MIS .

• Budgeting and Forecasting-

  Drive the Budget activity at Plant locations in co-ordination with operations. Preparation of Quarterly and monthly forecast.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Behaviors:

Education

• Chartered Accountant

Experience

• 8 - 10 years of total experience in Accounts & Finance, Team Leading Experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting process.
• Excellent command on financial analytics.
• Should be system & process driven
• Experience on SAP Financial modules
• Working knowledge of IND AS will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of legal regulations and taxation (GST, Income tax etc.) rules
