Principal Responsibilities: Auditing Preparation & co-ordination of internal audits related to QEHS (IATF16949, ISO-14001, ISO-9001, ISO-45001, VDA6.3) Communicate schedule of internal audits as per plan related to QEHS. Co-ordinate & monitor internal audits related to QEHS, VDA6.3, CQI-12 & CQI-15 as defined in plan. Assist to QEHS expert for certification agency audit planning, pre audit data collection. Co-ordinate with plant team regarding certification agency audit. Prepare & monitoring of internal & external audit nonconformities & close Co-ordinate with the plant team & monitor the ESG & GHG monthly data. QEHS Monitoring & prepare status of internal QHES audits and make corrections if necessary. Data compilation for external QHES audits. Support to QEHS experts for new customer audits & plan actions with plant team. Communicate and monitor the status of MRM related to QEHS for each plant. Co-ordinate with the plant team & monitor the QEHS objective monthly data. Assist to QEHS expert for sustenance of implemented QEHS systems. Assist QEHS experts to implement the QHES systems in new plants / new locations in co-ordination with the plant team. Assist with the QEHS & Sustainability expert to Plan & conduct supplier part & process audits as well as sustainability audits of across Reliable & improve suppliers by monitoring the action plan.

Principal Responsibilities: Overall Accounts: Monitoring of plant accounts including GL scrutiny. Adherence to accounting standards. Monitoring of receivables & ageing analysis, leading annual & perpetual inventory of all locations, fixed asset tagging and verification, Statutory compliance: Ensure timely payment of statutory dues. Timely filing of returns such as GST, Income Tax. Monthly MIS on statutory compliances. Cash Flow: Preparation & timely submission of division cash flow statements to Corporate HO. Costing: Inventory valuation, product costing, raw material consumption analysis & reporting. Audits: Assistance in statutory audit. Co-ordinate with internal & external auditors. Adhere to the timelines given by management. MIS: Preparation and co-ordination of monthly MIS . Budgeting and Forecasting- Drive the Budget activity at Plant locations in co-ordination with operations. Preparation of Quarterly and monthly forecast. Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Behaviors: Education Chartered Accountant Experience 8 - 10 years of total experience in Accounts & Finance, Team Leading Experience Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting process. Excellent command on financial analytics. Should be system & process driven Experience on SAP Financial modules Working knowledge of IND AS will be an added advantage. Working knowledge of legal regulations and taxation (GST, Income tax etc.) rules Behavior & Communication Good communication skills oral & written Ability to get the work done from location teams
