Role & responsibilities

• Lead and execute

  statutory audit

  and

  financial audit

  assignments.
• Review financial statements, trial balances, ledgers, and supporting schedules.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and stakeholders for data gathering and audit queries.
  
• Identify control gaps, risks, and recommend process improvements.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and statutory requirements.
  
• Prepare audit documentation, working papers, and reports.
  
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
  
• Support internal audits and regulatory filings as required.
  
• Guide junior team members during audit cycles.
  
• Participate in special assignments, including due diligence or financial reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of

  statutory audit

  , and accounting principles.
• Understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
  
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools/ERP systems.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience

• CA Final Qualified
  
• 1 - 4 years of experience in finance, statutory audit, or financial audit roles.
