Key Responsibilities: - Identify and match the most suitable experts for client needs using internal databases and external resources. - Proactively expand the internal expert database by onboarding new, qualified professionals. - Conduct thorough vetting, qualification, and background checks to ensure the credibility and relevance of potential experts. - Maintain and enhance the expert database to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely expert-client matches. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience within research, critical thinking, strategy, recruitment, or similar. - At least 4 years of relevant experience. - Tertiary education in any discipline. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proven critical and strategic thinking skills. - Confidence in communicating with people from diverse backgrounds over the phone and email.,
