Manager Exhibition- Sales & Marketing

Job Title:Manager- Exhibitions Location:Mumbai Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales oriented manager with a strong background in the events industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving event sponsorship and booth sales, building lasting relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets for our conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events. Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and secure sponsorships and exhibitors for events and conferences.Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential sponsors and partners.Prepare and deliver compelling sponsorship proposals and event presentations.Build strong client relationships and manage accounts before, during, and after events.Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.Work closely with the marketing and event production teams to tailor opportunities for sponsors. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.Minimum 6 – 8 years of proven sales experience in the events industry (conference, exhibition, B2B events, or sponsorship sales).Strong network of industry contacts will be an advantage.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required for events.What We Offer:Competitive salary and attractive commission structure.Opportunities to work on prestigious national and international events.A dynamic, creative, and supportive team environment.Career growth and professional development opportunities.
