This role requires a data-driven marketer with strong analytical and creative skills, capable of managing paid campaigns, guiding internal teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Campaign Management & Budget Ownership Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Youtube, PMax) , Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) , LinkedIn , WhatsApp , Snapcaht, X (Twitter) , and emerging digital platforms. Own and manage monthly ad budgets , ensuring efficient allocation to meet growth and performance goals (ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA). Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking , UTM tagging , and pixel integrations across platforms. Work with different departments to plan and track campaign spends and performance reporting. 2. Full-Funnel Lead Generation & Conversion Design and implement funnel-based marketing strategies for diverse departments and initiatives to generate high-quality leads. Collaborate with teams to build landing pages , lead magnets , and WhatsApp/email automation flows . Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to reduce CPL/CPA and improve lead quality. Track lead journey from ad click to conversion and ensure data integrity. 3. Performance Monitoring & Insight Generation Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager , and Looker Studio dashboards . Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for campaign improvement. Identify trends, seasonality, and audience behaviors to inform future campaigns. 4. Creative & Content Performance Guidance Act as the strategic link between performance metrics and creative execution. Guide internal departments and teams to develop high-impact ad visuals, reels, and landing page concepts based on data-backed insights. Provide precise creative briefs aligned with campaign objectives, target audiences, and placements. Review campaign content for consistency, clarity, and engagement effectiveness. 5. Testing & Audience Strategy Champion a culture of experimentation , running structured A/B and multivariate tests across creatives, CTAs, placements, and bidding models. Build and manage advanced audience strategies including custom, lookalike, and remarketing audiences . Work on segmentation strategies tailored to various campaign goals and target groups. Maintain hygiene and data accuracy of remarketing pools across platforms. 6. Team & Department Collaboration Manage a social media team , ensuring alignment with IDA’s overall marketing strategy. Collaborate closely with multiple departments to translate their objectives into actionable social media and advertising strategies. Additional Skills & Tools Required Strong understanding of digital funnels, attribution models , and customer journeys. Hands-on experience in Meta Pixel , Conversion API (CAPI) setup via Stape or equivalent server-side tracking tools. Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) , Google Tag Manager (GTM) , Microsoft Clarity , and Looker Studio . Familiarity with email marketing and WhatsApp campaign automation .
