Job Description

As an Executive Assistant at EisnerAmper India, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative, operational, and strategic support to the leadership team. Your professionalism, discretion, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication. - Draft and edit professional correspondence, reports, and high-priority communication. - Schedule and provide support for meetings, including agenda circulation, materials preparation, and minute-taking. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Work closely with department leaders to track progress on key initiatives. - Track project execution, escalate critical issues, and remove roadblocks as necessary. - Assist in preparing presentations and reports as required. - Handle expense reimbursements, including tracking, reconciliation, and submission. - Coordinate logistics for interviews, meetings, events, and client engagements. - Support leadership with research and analysis for decision-making. - Compile market intelligence, industry trends, and updates on key areas of focus. - Manage and optimize the Partners" calendar, meetings, and daily workflow. - Coordinate appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (domestic and international). - Anticipate conflicts, proactively manage schedule changes, and ensure timely follow-up on meeting action items. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field preferred. - 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. - Experience in a global or cross-time zone environment. - Flexibility to support earlier/later calls or remote work as needed.
