Responsibility is to independently manage the Human Resource Development Function as well as General Administration. The work element would inter alia include the followings:
1. Management of the Attendance System
2. Management of Payroll.
3. Recruitment, Induction and related job.
4. Performance Evaluation, Incentive and Promotion management.
5. Ensuring adherence to statutory Labour Laws.
6. Employees Engagement activities.
7. Activities under the Shop & Establishment Act
8. Managing Office Facility, Assets, and Supplies.
9. Maintaining the CRM system
Should be familiar with Labour Laws. Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
