Job Description

The Role:
You will provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet customer needs. To achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision, and to build an organization that attracts, develops, and retains outstanding people. Responsibilities: * Planning & managing the periodically Ground Activation & Promotions. * Control events including preparation and performing Events & Exhibitions * Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement. * Plan and innovate new marketing initiatives regularly to create brand recall and awareness. * Responsible for setting up of a strong network of vendors / agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions. * Define key guidelines for each project/ campaign and check for adherence to the brief. * Customer Database Management: Maintain and update customer data for effective communication and service delivery. * Customer Engagement & After-Sales Service: Ensure excellent customer service through regular follow-ups and support after purchase. * Maintaining the relationship with the BTL companies. * Mystery Market visits to check and audits (quantitative & qualitative)
