Event Producer & Social Media Marketer
This role requires a dual specialization an events producer, who is proficient in social media marketing. As an event producer, you will take full ownership of conceptualizing, strategizing, and executing key annual conferences done by the team Konnect. A large part of this role entails generating rich and topical content, building and nurturing relationships with senior-level executives, and cross-functional collaboration. Alongside, you will actively build social media recall for these events and scale their outreach. As a marketer, you will lead daily agency & team briefing on social performance, managing social calendars, maintaining periodic reports, traffic projections and trend spotting. You will actively initiate new ideas to grow, maintain and scale social media presence for the team Konnect.

Experience in writing business features and content.
An experimental mindset, open to exploring disruptive ideas to make each event different and successful.
Experience in initiating and managing CXO level executives.
Experience in marketing events via various social platforms and new apps and tools.
Prior experience of setting up LinedIn live, FB Live is a must.
Should have proven experience in growing and scaling focused communities.
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and a strong working knowledge of Excel is essential.
Collaborative approach while working with different teams and agencies.
Effective interaction with industry leaders to make sure content is rich and relevant
Research on interesting global and Indian thought leaders
Invite and manage the speakers through the event
Have a good mix of global and Indian thought leaders
Work on conceptualizing, designing, and curating social content for the website. Keep the website updated with social streams
Design the content for e-mailers, maintain a tracker and timely send out mailers to our databases
Draw up post-event analytics report
Focus on market research and incorporate customer feedback into the overall positioning strategy
Master s graduate with 8-10 years in industry ,
Experience in organizing B2B industry events.Extremely strong writing and content skills.
Ability to leverage technology for effective communication to all stakeholders.
Very strong communication skills, critical thinking and analytical ability
Interpersonal skills and teamwork
Knowledge and ability to leverage social media through effective use of Blogs, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social networks and forums
Aware of the technological trends of the future.
A background in events will be helpful.
