Manager, Entity Controllership

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the preparation and finalization of monthly book closure, financials, and schedule preparations. Additionally, you will drive key KPI-driven PL improvements tracks, formalize SOP for various accounting processes, and prepare RCM across processes at system and manual levels. You will also be accountable for driving internal audit and statutory audit, submission of schedules with variance analysis, and driving key programs with tech for the development of finance requirements related to reporting and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and finalize monthly book closure, financials, and schedules - Drive key KPI-driven PL improvements tracks - Formalize SOP for various accounting processes - Prepare RCM across processes at system and manual levels - Drive internal audit and statutory audit - Submit schedules with variance analysis - Drive key programs with tech for the development of finance requirements Qualifications Required: - CA with 5-6 years of experience in a Controllership role, startup experience preferred - Expertise in working with MS Office - Excellent communication and influencing skills - Strong bias for action, problem-solving, and ownership - Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and be a team player - Hands-on experience with Automation Tools and working on big data (Additional Details of the Company): At PhonePe, the culture encourages you to bring your best self to work every day.
