Manager - Enterprise Risk Management (Mumbai)

As a member of the Mumbai Enterprise Risk Management team, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of the office, building local capabilities, and leading client engagements in the Indian capital markets.

Responsibilities:

• Market Expertise

  : Understand local market specifics and client needs.

• Project Leadership

  : Lead requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and quality assurance.

• Client Engagement

  : Deliver training to clients, support sales efforts, and manage production support.

• Team Building

  : Recruit and manage a high-performing local team.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with regional teams to align staffing and growth strategies.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in Risk Management for Capital Markets
• Strong leadership and people management experience, with client-facing experience as a plus
• Solid understanding of financial products and IT systems
• Proficiency in Python. Proficiency in SQL is also a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with leadership experience as a plus
